Humanity United funded a set of projects during my time at iScale on the issue of peace building, particularly around enhancing the network of organizations pursuing common goals related to peace and security.
Canada's international development organization funds research across the spectrum of issues. IDRC has funded the following projects where I have been a member: International Open Data Charter, Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data, and projects when I worked with iScale, largely on project monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
The Omidyar Network is a philanthropy that invests in both nonprofit and for-profit projects. My work on the Global Initiative for Fiscal Transparency and the International Open Data Charter received funding from the Omidyar Network.
The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation supports many grantees on an international scale and has supported several projects of which I have been a part.
